Common questions
Is it really free?
Yes. The check and the walk-through call cost nothing and there is no obligation at the end. If you want us to fix what we find, we will quote for that separately and you are free to say no.
What access do you need?
Read-only access to your Microsoft 365 tenant, which we will walk you through granting. We do not make changes and we remove the access once the check is done.
Will it disrupt anyone?
No. The check reads configuration and reporting data. Nobody has to stop working and no settings are changed.
What if we already have an IT provider?
That is fine, and it happens often. You get the report and can hand it straight to them. We will say so if we think your setup is in good shape.
What happens to our data?
We use it to produce your report and nothing else. Our privacy notice explains how we handle it and how long we keep it.
