IT support in Hull
Our office is at 65 Castle Street, in the middle of Hull. This is not a regional branch of a national company. It is where the engineers sit, where the software is written and where the phone rings. Hull alone has 6,615 businesses, 5,570 of them with fewer than ten staff (ONS UK Business Counts, 2026).
Hull is a city of businesses that do particular things. Food, engineering, logistics, the port, professional services, renewables. Very few of them run on the same systems as each other, and a lot of them have a process that grew up around the way they work rather than the way software expected them to.
That is the work we like. Supporting the IT is the day job. Understanding what the business actually does is what makes us useful.
If you are in Hull and your current IT support is somewhere else, it is worth asking what you are getting for the distance.

What comes up in Hull
We know the buildings
A lot of Hull business sits in converted older buildings, particularly around the Old Town and the Fruit Market. Thick walls, awkward floor plans and cabling that was put in for a different tenant. We survey before we quote wifi, because a standard design does not survive contact with a Georgian warehouse.
Software as well as support
Hull has a lot of businesses doing something specific enough that no package fits it properly. We can support your IT and build the system, without handing the second part to somebody else. Both sit with the same team on Castle Street, ten minutes from most of the city centre.
Here since 1989
We have watched the city's business base change through the docks, the retail parks and the renewables work on the Humber. That is a long time to be handing out references in one city.
Your understanding of the technology available coupled with detailed discussions on the desired outcome has produced a system with capabilities I did not imagine a business our size would be able to achieve. We have gone from a paper system, to a fully traceable production process. This has enabled our office staff to be able to communicate far more confidently with our customers.
